Nestled within the prestigious, gated Solterra resort, guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private pool and spa (with optional heating), a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and entry to The Solterra Clubhouse featuring a resort pool, water slides, hot tub, lazy river, gym, and tennis facilities.

Unwind poolside or enjoy a movie in the loft space, with ample room for up to 15 guests. The villa features 5 bedrooms, each with its own designated bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, laundry facilities, and plenty of dining space both indoors, outdoors, and at the kitchen bar area.

The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates with the games room, complete with a pool table, Foosball, and seating, as well as sensory features such as lights, a ball pool, and climbing cubes. With large televisions in every room and convenient single-level access throughout, this villa offers the perfect getaway for families seeking relaxation and entertainment alike

The bedroom configuration includes:

1. Poolside King Bed Suite with en suite bathroom, wheelchair accessible walk-in shower, and direct ramp access to the pool area, accommodating 2 guests.

2. Bunk-Up room with a full-size double bed and twin bunk above, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, accommodating 3 guests.

3. Queen of Hearts room with a queen bed and large adjacent bathroom, accommodating 2 guests.

4. KingSpace King Bed Suite with en suite bathroom featuring a shower over bath, accommodating 2 guests.

5. Twice the Fun Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and adjacent bathroom, accommodating 2 guests.

Additional facilities include easy, step-free, ramp access to the private pool, spa, and sun deck outside. Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee. Wheelchair accessible features include a HiLow profile bed, extra sensory items in the games room, and a seated shower chair.

Located in the prestigious Solterra Resort, guests can enjoy over 4 acres of resort amenities including a swimming pool with slide, tennis courts, poolside cabanas, and a restaurant.

Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guest at any home in the resort who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort, however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

For more information and reservations, guests are required to complete an identification process within 24 hours of booking. The property has an occupancy limit and strictly prohibits parties. Families and guests aged 25 and over are welcomed to experience this exceptional family home.

Registration Information
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ID selfie, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Verification of payment card is also required where applicable. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to be cancelled without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. Our 25 years or older primary guest policy supports our no party and ‘good neighbor’ policies. We do welcome everyone where we can and family groups of all ages 0 -110. are always extremely welcome.
