Located in the area of Ayia Thekia is our very clean and welcoming Villa with a 6 x 4 m pool set in secluded gardens. The private swimming pool with easy access steps and underwater night lights create for magical evenings!
The villa stands on a large plot providing plenty of space with a private drive and secure gates. Gardens are mostly laid with astro turf providing plenty of safe play areas for the kids. Evergreen bushes run down both sides of the garden which also creates a lovely sense of privacy.
An outside pergola lounging area with a bamboo roof create for a fabulous tranquil area for those who like to chill in the shade. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the lively resort of Ayia Napa and is ideally situated for either relaxing nights in by the pool or fun filled evenings in Ayia Napa.
The sea is approx. 500M away and the local Ayia Thekla Blue Flag beach a mere 10 mins walk or 2 min drive. Palm Villa is superbly located for whatever type of holiday you may require.
Larnaca Airport is a 35 minute drive away. We recommend car hire for the villas location. However buses and Taxis do provide a good service

The airport is laid back from the road and has a single road that comes in from a roundabout and goes through the airport and back out to the same roundabout again in a rough semi circle
There are numerous car parks in the middle where if you are getting a hire car it will probably be parked.
On leaving any of the car parks you will be in a one way system that will take you to the roundabout mentioned above. When you get to the roundabout you can only go one way which will take you onto the A3 which is the road the villa is off of.
Stay on the A3 and in about 35 miles (30mins) you will start to see signs for XYLOSIGIA. You will pass 3 of these signs and then you will see a sign for SOTIRA.
Take the turn off for SOTIRA and when you get to the end of the road you will see signs saying Left for Sotira and Right for Water Park and Agia Thekla. Turn right. Go to the end of this road and turn right again. You are now on the road to the villa.
Proceed along this road (with the sea to your left) and you will see Villa complexes to your left and right. About 600 yards down this road on the left hand side you will see a sign post for 65 the speed limit and another sign for bendy road. Opposite these signs will be Elena Gardens 3 then look for Elena Gardens 1 (written on a wall on your right) the very next turning will read Elena Gardens 2. Turn right up the road for Elena Gardens 2 and take the first turning on the right (currently the only one but this may change in time) the 4th Villa on the Left (No 5) is where you will be staying.
The key to the Villa is held in a door safe on the front door and the combination will have been given to you.
